  • Respond to the following prompt in your Daily Writing Journal– Title: “Tuesday CHOOSE-DAY” – Choose one of the following prompts to write about. (Use your imagination.)  1. You woke up with blue hair this morning, why is it blue? 2. You find a key in the pocket of a jacket you wore last winter – with a tag on it that says PO Box 55. When you go to to open the mailbox, what’s inside?

Friday, May 3

2nd Period

  •  “Joy Jar” –  Write down a moment or a memory that makes you feel happy. If you can’t think of a moment or memory, then write down one positive thought.  Please use complete sentences and keep it school appropriate.
  • Continue Fiction Book Report/Writing Project – Revising/Editing/Final Draft

7th Period

  • SSR Reading
  • Present Fiction Book Report to the class.
